Dallas County

Air duct cleaning in Dallas

Dallas housing runs from pre-war bungalows in the M Streets to new builds north of the tollway, and the ductwork tells you which is which. Older systems hide decades of dust in sheet-metal trunks; newer flex runs collect construction debris that was never cleaned out after handover. We work both, all week.

Every Dallas visit includes the free camera inspection and a written price before work starts. We are based here, so same-day slots inside Loop 12 are usually available, and our crews know the access quirks of the older neighbourhoods.

Air duct cleaning in Fort Worth

West of the Trinity the dust load is different: more grit, more agricultural pollen, and older homes on pier-and-beam with ducts run through crawl spaces. Those runs need agitation as much as suction, which is exactly what the negative-pressure rig is built for.

We cover Fort Worth proper along with Keller, Haltom City and the mid-cities. Dryer vent runs in the older housing stock are often long and poorly pitched, so the airflow test at the end matters more here than almost anywhere in the Metroplex.

Air duct cleaning in Plano

Plano is largely eighties and nineties construction with long flex runs and two-system homes, which means twice the plenum boxes and twice the places for buildup to sit unnoticed. Most Plano jobs we quote are two-system homes, and we price them as such rather than per vent.

Allergy complaints are the most common reason Plano homeowners call. The camera pass tells you honestly whether the ducts are the cause — and sometimes it tells you they are not, which we would rather say than sell you a cleaning you do not need.

Air duct cleaning in Arlington

Arlington sits between the two downtowns and gets the dust from both, plus a good deal of rental and multi-family stock where systems have been running for years between cleanings. Turnover work is a large part of what we do here, often between tenancies.

For landlords and property managers we document everything on camera, which makes the condition of the system provable at handover. Homeowners get the same file.

Air duct cleaning in Frisco

Frisco is the newest housing stock we work on, and new does not mean clean: drywall dust, sawdust and insulation fibre from the build settle deep into ductwork and stay there until someone pulls them out. First cleanings on three-year-old houses are routinely the dirtiest jobs of the week.

Long dryer runs are the other Frisco constant — upstairs laundries venting a long way to an exterior wall. Those are the runs where lint collects fastest, and where the annual clean genuinely matters.
